Terms of service

Effective 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you use tromoxsa.com or buy from us. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

DG Electric Mobility (Pty) Ltd, trading as Tromox SA. Registration no. 2019/272935/07. Unit 80 Marmanet Village, 248 Bergrivier Drive, Terenure, 1619. Phone 083 654 7438. Email info@tromoxsa.com.

2. Orders and prices

  • Prices are in South African Rand and include 15% VAT. Motorcycle prices also include licensing.
  • Motorcycles are imported, so prices can change with exchange rates. We confirm the final price before you pay; if it has changed, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we refund you in full.
  • You must be 18 or older to buy a motorcycle. Online orders are limited to one motorcycle per order; contact us for more.

3. Payment

Pay online at checkout or by EFT. Full payment, or an agreed deposit, is needed before delivery or transfer of ownership.

4. Delivery, returns and warranty

See our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA are not affected by anything in these terms.

5. Riding responsibly

You are responsible for insuring your motorcycle and for riding it within the law. Please give us accurate details for orders and registration.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or the rights you have under the CPA.

7. Intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies. South African law governs these terms, and South African courts have jurisdiction.
