Shipping policy

Effective 2 November 2026

DG Electric Mobility (Pty) Ltd, trading as Tromox SA, delivers motorcycles, parts and accessories to all nine provinces of South Africa. We do not ship internationally.

1. Processing

• In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment clearing.
• Bikes are imported. If a model or colour is not in stock, we confirm the expected arrival date before taking payment.

2. Motorcycle delivery

• We deliver your new motorcycle to you as part of the sale. We confirm the delivery date and arrangements with you before delivery.
• Collection is also possible by appointment.

3. Parts and accessories

Parts and accessories are sent by courier. The delivery cost is shown at checkout.

4. Delivery times

Most deliveries arrive 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Dates are estimates; we keep you updated if anything changes.

5. On arrival

Someone aged 18 or over must sign for a motorcycle. Inspect it before signing and note any damage on the delivery note. Report damage or missing items within 48 hours. Ownership passes to you once full payment is received; risk passes on delivery or collection.

6. Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully. Extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are for your account.

7. Bikes coming back for repair

See our Refund and Returns Policy for who arranges and pays for transport when a motorcycle needs to come back to us.
